The passage to adulthood has always been fraught with doubt, rebellion, self absorption and exuberance. Schools are no longer the place of just teaching the three Rs. It is a place for the all round development to combat the ever-increasing challenges of modern life.

Faced with tough competitions and career choices, there is no denying that today's children are coping with adult stresses. In fact, today's teenagers are more stressed out than adults. We must realize that material support is no substitute for emotional support as it creates an imbalanced sense of values. In a world with swiftly changing values, what today's teenagers clearly need is a strong affirmation of our traditional Indian values which have provided the kind of family stability envied in the west.

Keeping the above in view, we at Oxford focus on discipline, maintain academic excellence, develop scientific and practical outlook and retain cultural values. Our faculty is fully geared up in preparing the children to face the ever increasing demands of the modern world being facilitators rather than just being the fountain of knowledge.

We endeavour to make our students think positive, believe in themselves, so that they continue their odyssey to success by being outstanding, meticulous, adaptive, consistent and efficient. I would like to conclude with a message to students –
"Do not follow where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trial…..!"
